Advent Reflection

In Advent we have been sharing all the things we have done this year. We reflect on them and hopefully make changes for the things we have done that have hurt others. I have only been here for two terms and my favourite time has been playing scatter ball with my friends.

This is my Advent Wreath I have created. It has four candles and is round representing continual love and kindness for others.

Elephant

Today I was with Avon . I made a doodle picture and then Avon saw an Elephant. Then I made a poem about  the mammal. This is my Cinquain Poem

My Whanau

Since I came to this class last week, we have been talking about our families. We know they are special and my family is unique which means it’s the only one.

We looked at Reuben Paterson’s koru patterns which look like the leaves of a fern. He said he could show each person in his family. I drew my family using the koru and then I coloured it with wax crayons and we dyed it today. The colour I chose was blue.
