In Advent we have been sharing all the things we have done this year. We reflect on them and hopefully make changes for the things we have done that have hurt others. I have only been here for two terms and my favourite time has been playing scatter ball with my friends.
This is my Advent Wreath I have created. It has four candles and is round representing continual love and kindness for others.
I was reading this book with my group. It was about a pack of wolves and two brother cubs called Prince and Silver. This is my screen cast of me reading a page from the book. I enjoy doing these.
Today’s lesson, we focused on the scenery—the Locations, Props. We noted key elements like the cardboard TARDIS (a prop) and the backgrounds, such as the swirling time vortex and the futuristic control room (the locations). These visuals are import for showing where and when the adventure takes place.
Today, in Cybersmart we had to take a photo by using the camera app then went to remove background. after that we uploaded our images and got a photo, then put yourself in the photo.
Today, in Cybersmart we created a digital tapa cloth. We had to duplicate, rotate, and resize some of the shapes. Creating the black triangles was challenging.
Today, we learnt that Media is made or constructed. The creator can choose what they share. Room 6 are creators of Media, we can choose what we share on our blogs. We learnt how to download our Google draw as a JPG file.
Today we learnt about Media. Media is all around us. We use it everyday. Media can entertain, inform and persuade. In room 6 we mainly use media to entertain us. One skill we learnt was to embed a slide onto our blog.
Today I was with Avon . I made a doodle picture and then Avon saw an Elephant. Then I made a poem about the mammal. This is my Cinquain Poem
Today, we explored what were quality blog comments. We looked to see if they had a greeting, and something positive about what the author has shared. We also checked to see if they had a thoughtful and helpful comments too. Having a buddy also helps when we discuss what we are learning. One skill we used was moving the labels and flipping them too.
